Yo PJ, yes and big thanks for helping get the word out. I think (hope) the word gets out decently in the Tahoe area but hitting the greater Bay Area and Reno/Carson backcountry scenes is a bigger challenge. So anyone in those areas, please feel free to post and share away.

For AIARE instructors, there is a Instructor Refresher Course the day after the CAW in SLT.

For gear hounds, the Meyers Community Foundation's annual Gear Swap is the day after as well.

Updated first post with the speaker and topic list. This is a bit of a draft (apparently some folks are having too much fun shredding Whistler's bike park to respond to email), so it might change slightly when I receive additional info.
