Looks like the POS here is the lawyer who latched on to this family and filed that lawsuit. Since the parents seem to be a couple of POS for going ahead with all this, I hope the lawyer sucks out the value of whatever meager assets they own.
I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure most courts higher than shithole Kentucky county courts that this lawyer operates in will just laugh this case away. And that kid can kiss his shitty college choices bye bye.
