Sitting still for weeks is exhausting. Seriously; if I don't exercise regularly, I feel sluggish. You'll come back.

very normal. I don't know the physiologic explanation but it's definitely a thing. Maybe a symptom of depression--the appropriate situational kind. Hope you have Netflix. Narcos, Ozarks, American Crime all good--should put you in the right frame of mind to deal with your doctor next visit. Stay away from CNN.
Seems like I will be ok for a day or two and then sleep a day or two straight.
My non broken foot/leg hurts really bad today![]()
Aside from the crappy situation that lead to you typing it, ... I think this may be the funniest thing I've read on TGR.
Keep stretching and massaging your good leg. Once the cast comes off, really stick with the physio to rebuild, because these imbalances and compensations can last a very long time once they become habbit.
No I wore it to the dollar lot today. I could wear it to the doctor tomorrow, tho. I might.
Speaking of, the orthopedic surgeon charged my insurance 1080 dollars to peak at my xrays the er took and have the nurse or whoever put a cast on my leg.
How much will it be tomorrow for xrays I wonder.
pain doing better?
Yeah, pain is down to occasional ibprofon.
They took new xrays and said something about my ankle spreading which might mean there is a tendon or ligament issue that night need surgery but she pressed on the inside of my ankle and said that because it didn't hurt there wasn't.
Kinda nervous about that.
You cried pretty hard about some herpes outbreak, so which is worse? Da bone break or da herps? Inquiring minds want to know.

Yesterday they gave me a new cast because the first one was really loose. Now the new one is really loose.. like looser than I would have a ski boot.
It was uncomfortably tight when they put it on. I think the issue is that my ankle swells really fast if i am moving around and don't have it propped up so after getting to the doctor and waiting and then them taking the old cast off it swells and then I get home and put my feet up and it drains...
I'm wondering if I should go back?
Knee scooters are rad!
Let's see if you can ride it switch, to the road...
