    Just add it to the list of disappointments today I guess.

    It's ok. I'll wake up tomorrow and have 2 seconds of peace as I lay there staring at the ceiling. That is until I'm reminded of all the other shit that's wrong and this minor let down will be no where near the top of that list.

    Feeling alright.

    Mental health day. Fam out of town. Took the dog on a 10 mile hike. Took the car on a 3 hour drive through some twisties, and now am going to drink my weight in beer my bro in law sent me watching the Tribe game. Putting the shit behind me for 24 hours.

    Thanks. She had a good life and it was time (she was 30) still it's always hard. She got down and couldn't get back up. Her spirit was willing but her body betrayed her.
