Unhappy I won a jacket but its too big

So i was bored one day and i was looking at skiing videos and i came accross the matchstick productions website that holds free contests and gives away free stuff if your name comes up. Well i won a helly hanson circuit jacket...i was super fucking stoked cause i never win shit and im really unlucky. All they did was send me an email confirming my address, so i sent one back thinking they were going to ask my size and what not later. Well i got the jacket a few days later and it was an XXL lol. Im 5'8" and 140 lbs so im a small guy and its way too big. I emailed them asking if i could possibly exchange it for a smaller jacket cause its pretty sick but they never replied. Sooo im willing to sell the jacket if anyone wants to buy it cause theres no reason for me to have it, pm me if your interested. Ill take some pics if you would like, its a cardboard color. TOO BAD IM NOT BIGGER lol

Sweet, it always feels good to win stuff. Although, I think you should give it away.

Free Helly Hansen apparel only comes in XXXL.

You're lucky it's not black, is all I can say.

Post it on eBay, split the proceeds & send 1/2 to the Summit Charity - receive good karma in return. Win-win.

    Thumbs up

You can donate it to a mountain-sports related non profit organition and get a tax write off.
    hint http://www.berthoudpass.org

Or, you could donate it to an individual who works for a non profit, helps operate another non profit, and needs a new jacket who is 6'4" and has a hard time finding XXL chaquetas.

    Lotsa options for that jacket....

I used to work for an adaptive ski school - many of the participants were on scholarships and didn't have the right stuff to keep them warm/dry (they also do biking, climbing, paddling trips). If you want to send it my way, I'd be happy to hand it off to them. PM me if you're interested.

You could try talking to the nearest Helly Hansen store or retailer and ask if they would exchange it for the right size.
Good runs when you get them.
