lived in Austin and highly recommend this to anyone visiting and that is the right spot too, under the bridge on the east side of it.

The bats were sick! I ran along the river trail this morning and many were starting to come back to the bridge to roost.
Fun city - love the vibe. Cool & hip with A+ BBQ and beer, even if it's 105 out midday.

The Red Fox are not native. They were introduced on the golf course about ten miles north. Grey fox are native and we see those too but they are not docile. That photo is in a protected and controlled portion of the wetland.
