    What you are looking at is one of the greatest odd food concoctions ever made. That right there boys is a Cincinnati (Skylilne) chili 3 way. Spaghetti, chili (as has been pointed out - chocolate, cinnamon, other spices), then a mountain of finely shredded Wisconsin sharp cheddar.

    I prefer mine a 4 way adding diced onions between the chili and cheese.

    Some nutjobs prefer a 5 way adding beans in there too, but that's just fucking blasphemy.

    The coneys are my usual jam though.

    It's all fucking great. You may think it's gross or weird but try it once then you'll have this craving for it (especially hungover) and not know why. I think the secret ingredient is smack.

    my best buddy died 13 years ago and i miss her every day. it's been so nice to hang with my sister's cat this week. super sweet, playful kitty.

    on our way out to shasta caverns after chinatown (the boy is studying mandarin in addition to spanish), so i will miss max, too.
