You think I make these things, much less proofread them?

Come on man, I've got enough on my plate.

And a drink in my hand.

But just to keep things fair, you have a typo in your post.

Sox are picking the best time of year to start slumping. They've looked tired the last couple of weeks. Not a good sign.

Houston is running hot as well. The Astros-Cleveland series ought to be pretty exciting.
Sox maybe back in to just continues this series with Houston next week. Barring some total reversal combined with a Houston cooling may make it a series. Otherwise, not looking good. Not giving up yet though.

They won like 12 of 14 before this past week. Yankees were just as hot.

But this week they haven't looked good. They've been really streaky the whole year. Lose 6 of 8, win 9 of 11. I don't feel good about Sale either, he seems tired the last month aside from 1 start

They're likeable, just not a very good baseball team.

Yankees have flaws but missed more than a month of each of Sanchez, Hicks, bird, gregorious, Castro, Holliday. Glad these guys are back and firing at the right time. Plus the sox team was insanely lucky close and late. It's a good bullpen but not that good. Astros in four.

Time will tell. Astros are good though no doubt. I'm sure we'll revisit this soon enough.

    Not really but thanks anyways.

The Yankees are so unlikeable the universe is bound to strike them down on general principles.

The wild card game is such a crapshoot, if they get past it I think you'll be able to find things to appreciate deep into October.

I don't even think the Sox are that likeable. But at least they don't have to beat the twins.

How about the formerly dregs in the NL West getting 3 teams in? I like the Rox, but I think AZ can go the distance. I think the NL is wide open.

I dunno, I love the outfield at least. And Xander and Pedey. Not emotional about the pitching staff.

I get some warm tingles from Devers as well.

I like Sale, but he needs to make his money in October. Same for Kimbrell. Both have been must see TV this season.

The Sox outfield and Xander/Devers in the infield are the future of the league

Postseason starts tonight, and like any good Cleveland sports fan I’m nervous as shit.
