Profound. Did you come up with that all by yourself?

And then they intentionally walk him. Kid is blowing me away. I mean my kid is 21, Devers is younger than my kid. Wow.

Chapman has given up two HRs to lefties in 8 years, one in 2011, one to Devers the other night. Crazy.

I felt kinda bad for Marrero but hey. You do what you gotta do. Hopefully Marrero catches on with someone, I like him, but he's not getting back to the Sox anytime soon.

Anyone playing 3B in the Sox farm system had to have seen the writing on the wall. Sure, maybe it's quicker than they thought, but Devers was going to be a star from the get go. Hopefully he can keep it going and stay healthy.

Well we can all agree it was worth the money to make Panda go away. I don't hate him, i wish he'd done well but no.

The comparisons tonight that I'm hearing on the Tribe play by play regarding facing former TRIBE great Bartolo Colon are highly entertaining.

    - The Twins manager is 60 years old. He faced Colon when he was still playing.

    - Colon came up with the Indians and made his debut in 1997. The Atlanta Braves moved into Turner Field in 1997 and left at the end of the 2016 season. Colon has outlasted a MLB stadium as a major leaguer.

    - Colon is 20 years older than Tribe All-Star Jose Ramirez, who was born just 5 years before Colon made his major league debut.

Awesome. Keep hurling old man (just not too well against your old club!)

The best thing is he's from the DR, so he could be any age.

De La said 3 was the magic number, but I doubt they lurk here.

    OFFICIAL 2017 MLB THREAD

Just when I think its over for the Twins they start another winning streak to hang around that second wild card spot. Sano is a stud! So fun to watch. Diamondbacks going down again tonight.

Nice win. Thought with Sale pitching this was a sure loss. Glad they put yesterday's abortion behind them. Rubber tomorrow. Go Yanks.

Basically one bad pitch by Sale. Oh well. Sox stayed scrappy. I'll be there tomorrow.

Well that was a nice afternoon at Fenway. I'll be there again Friday for the O's and it looks like I'll have two extra tickets if anyone wants to go.

Yeah Brock hit me up if you're up for it I'll have one for sure it looks like, and maybe the pair. Good seats, Field Box 32 Row G. (First base line about halfway between home and first)
