Reese's PB Puffs or PB Captain Crunch for 'total junk'.

Frosted Flakes or Frosted Shredded Mini Wheats for 'pretending to not be junk'.

Raisin Bran Crunch for 'still junk but the raisins might trick you to thinking that this is a healthy option to start the day'

Weird, I was Honey nut Cherios solidly until about 5 years ago.
Then I switched to Raisin Bran one day. Banger. I still like the Honey Nut alright, but Raisin Bran just kills it for me. Could do it for lunch. Could have it for desert at night. I'm talking Kellogs or Post, no hippy sugarless "healthy" crap.

I pretty much only ever want cereal for breakfast. Anything else is a waste of time and energy for me.
However many are in a shit ton.

I try to stay on the healthy side.
Grape Nuts with large handful of blueberries and maple syrup (well saturated with milk).

Quaker Oat Meal Squares (Eating these things for breakfast ensures a trip to restroom at 2:00pm sharp).

    Oat Meal:
Made with a mix of Milk and Water
Cinnamon, diced apple, raisins, maple syrup

Although there was I time I was severely addicted to Peanut Butter Capt'n Crunch.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Crunchberries for me. Never eat it for breakfast, but use it as a dessert substitute. If it's in the house I can't help myself, so it's only an occassional thing for me.

    also recommend cinnamon toast crunch.

it's flat out the best, dry or in milk. nothing beats it.

although capn crunch peanut butter is pretty unique, but CTC would be a daily for me if I were 6 again.

Forgot to mention - I've gotten into the habit of putting frozen blueberries in my morning cereal. It makes the milk super icy cold (and turns it a pleasant shade of purple), as well as imparting a bit of fruit. Can't do cereal without it now - milk that's just fridge-cold seems lukewarm and nasty.

I've never noticed that Colon Blow includes a large percentage of wood shavings.
