Ok so last Thursday I left for Mammoth for 4 days with an overnight trip to Reno. All was going well. The drive from So Cal to Mammoth was smooth, traffic free and fast. With in a half hour of being in town I had two housing offers and four job offers to get moved back up here, AWESOME!! So off to my friends house to start the pre game party. After losing count of beverages it was time for the bar so off we went. Got completely ripped and mad the usuall ass of myself singing the Karaoke. Randomly hooked up with a chick to find out that I have also hooked with her other two sisters. Sweet, I'm the only guy in town to have hooked up with all three Wolf sisters. So friday I kinda recovered and slept it off. Went for a nice bike ride. Later had my doctors appointment and got a full release. Said that I can ski (groomers only), x-country bike (no downhill yet) and that I should start running. Oh ya I can also go back to work. So I stopped by my ski shop to get my boots that I had warrantied. Figured I'd be gettin just new liners. To my pleasant surprise I wound up with new shells and all. Even better was that the boots I warrantied were 27.5 and a tad big but the messed up and sent me 26.5 which I had been wishing I had bough. So that worked out sweet. Saturday off to Reno to get some friends at the airport. Picked them up at 11 pm and proceded to drink till the sun came up. The night included everything from being told we had fake ID's (I'm the youngest at 23) to a hooker that wanted my buddy but he wouldn't give it up to scaming a casino and being asked to leave (with around $200 in cash in pocket). So all is well and we are on our way home on Sunday when my clutch goes out. So I limp the truck back to Mammoth without a clutch and start looking for the part I need to fix it. The parts on 6-8 week back order. So basically I'm stuck in Mammoth now. Not a terrible thing but I need to go down to So Cal for a few days to move some stuff up here since I'm moving back. If anyone knows of anyone going from Mammoth to So Cal in the next few days (6/6-6/10) have them gimme a holler. I'll for sure help with gas. Man what a trip its been.........
