    Sleepy in Heathrow

    Yawn.
Sleeping in planes does not work for me.
    And this keyboard is odd.
But a beer at 9:00 am local time was kinda fun.
Another hour and I'll be on a plane to Edinburgh. From there, a short drive to Stirling puts me in my home for the summer.
    Cool.
Time running out on my pound.
    Cheerio.

Sick and ashamed and happy (and hate this keyboard),

When's the big hippy protest meant to be starting in Edinburgh? Sucks to them that the G8 meeting is in Gleneagles, miiiiles away.

Gin, you do not have to travel overseas to do this.

Was in Edinburgh in 95 for a week, was a good time, Deacon Brodies tavern by the castle was GOOOOOOOD, beer and food wise.

Jerry died while I was there, that sucked hard. I have very distinct memories of Edinburgh.

Yes, have a pint of local for me too, boy I miss that place.

Good luck and get lots of pics.

For some reason I keep looking at this and thinking it says 'sleepy in Hebrew'. A little of that Jewish Lightning might be just the thing.

He's got a 6 month work stint over there. He jumped at the chance when he heard that there was an indoor tele festival in England which meant he could finally ski in the month of June.

Thanks for all the well-wishes, chaps. As Mit stated, I'm here for a bunch of months doing some sort of working thing. On the weekdays. On the weekends the Highlands (and indoor ski slopes) will call. Should be fun.

Have yet to get myself completely sorted in terms of internet access, so for now sporadic trips to the Stirling central library will have to suffice. Lots of things being put on hold as I settle in to this town.

Be well folks. Sheep stories to follow.

Sick and ashamed and happy (and blushing from the link Mit sent me),
