    there is one up here every summer which is so out of place, seen it in the kentucky fried P-lot, in front of the legion and dead at the gas pumps in front of me so buddy had to call a toe truck,

    thats what I assumed^^ there might be some repair applications or to actualy dip tools but to make something look purty I would give it a pass

    I did it to two sets of rims I got off CL for the Land Cruiser. Did a lazy man's job with minimal prep. A quick cleaning with windex then a few coats probably sprayed too soon. For all the laziness they turned out fine. Only chipping has come from recent mounting of new tires on one set, and that's just around the edges where the mounting machine bit in.
