    Riding a stationary bike isn't really zero resistance training, assuming he wasn't free spinning. If you had 60 hours a week to sit on a bike, you could get the same results as weight training without putting the stress on the repaired leg. The benefit of heavy weights is that they accelerate the process, so you can both be fit and have a life.

    Issues in workout

    Thanks for this wonderful piece of information information. But i have an issue with exercise, i tend to gain weight when i start a hectic regime, also i have trouble of getting cramps very easily. What am i doing wrong?
