Jimmy Lafave did some great Dylan covers
It's a little hard to tell with the dead links earlier in the thread but this isn't in here as far as I can see and it should ber. Tasty live version with Derek Trucks.

It sucks that some of them got pulled, but here's another great one
I played this in another thread, but it really belongs here.
KT Tunstall - Tangled Up in Blue (searching for a good Jerry Garcia Band version - stay tuned).
The clapping at the beginning was a bit annoying until I realized part of it was because she's recording a loop. The band members, OTOH ... strange. Still, a compelling interpretation.

Not sure if this strictly qualifies as a “cover” since Bob never released a recording of this, but he wrote it.
It’s amazing the range of genres that Bob wrote songs for, folk, rock, Americana, country western, gospel, and even some R&B.
Mind boggling lifetime of creative work. Sui generis.
That Johnny Winter 61 is a killer! Listening I was thinking how it and the one following would be the perfect encore concert closer: Rock the fuck out of em, then give em a good cuddle.
And then play Greensleeves to walk em out.
Such a beautiful, sweet, simple song. She really has a nice take on it.
This link went dead so I'll post it again. One of my favorites.
Nice.. Warren crushes that one.
Here's one that just got put up a few days ago
A little different version of Watchtower.
The entire Reggae cover album Is It Rollin Bob? is awesome.
