Looking for housing in Nelson B.C

Hey guys!

Me and a buddy are looking for housing in Nelson for the winter.
From early January to end of April.

Looking for apartment, two rooms, cabins etc...

We are coming to ski, both are relaxed and easy going.
Both like to party, but can respect other people.

Anyone got any tips or leads on where to look for housing?
Both have good references if needed.

Not for Nelson, for Cranbrook for a month this winter.
