Rusty, yes it was a critical part of the deal. Benny held out for over a year before giving us the marketing rights to his name. Considering he doesn't actually ski, and will spend all his time on the deck, he insisted we make them safe enough, even for people who fall off chair lifts.

FTR: I was trying to be funny about the flying in from NH, etc., but we do expect a large migration from the west of dissatisfied skiers who want to get in on the ground floor of America's premiere, most incredible ski resort, with the deepest fan base in New England....
