Although details have not been released, the buying group came to the table with a significant (for Magic) amount of capital for infrastructure and improvements (on top of the purchase price) before the first pass is sold.

I think Stone cold would trump them all but I like ice cold, lets pile up some significant snow and lock it in for a big fat ROI session.
