    Student Software discounts?

I am looking to purchase some software, I recently switched platforms, PC to mac, and I am looking for a cheaper way of getting some software. I have the full version of Adobe Creative Suite for PC and Mac, but don't have Macromedia Studio, I don't want to cough up pro version pricing for some software I don't use that often, Would any of you students be willing to make the transaction for me? Thanks.

Take a little bit of peerguardian, add a pinch of limewire and viola! Whatever software you want at your fingertips.

Can't you get your kid to order it? When I got Office Student edition, they just wanted proof I went to school...

Do you realize that you've just posted an admission of ignorance so breathtaking that it disqualifies you from commenting on any political or economic threads from here on out?

Seeing that my son is in Preschool, I doubt they'd allow it.

Don't really want to do the Limewire deal, I've had lots of problems with downloading software and music. Rather purchase the student software, use it a while, then when a new updgrade is out, buy the upgrade and then I am done with the Education software.

I have done this in the past and it saves a shit ton of money, plus then I have the discs etc.
