    ticketbastard class action settlement

Ticketmaster just settled a class action suit for being the douchebags they are. If you've bought tix through them between 1999 and 2013 you may have some vouchers on your account. I had a shit load of them and in classic Ticketbastard fashion they're harder to use than airline miles.

You can only get GA tix from an approved list of shows, wasn't a lot to choose from in my area. I got four tix to Prophets of Rage, Black Sabbath was sold out.

If you don't have codes but see a show on the list you could use tix for hit me up, I've got codes for about a dozen pairs.

    This is the list: http://concerts.livenation.com/microsite/settlement

My wife has 11 and I have 7. It says they don't expire till 6-2020. I assume that means we'll all have time to use some of them.

The free tickets are only for LiveNation owned venues. The sole option in the DC area is Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, VA and I hate that fucking place.

Ah well, will likely get tix to various stuff and give them away.

Definitely not all of them... they own the Fillmore in Denver, which I go to all the time, but no events listed there eligible for freebies.

I have 2 vouchers for $2.25 off a ticket order and 2 vouchers for 2 tix. Maybe something will come up in the next 4 years.

24 tickets and $13.50, but the only shows within 100 miles are at the HOB in Boston, and there are no shows on the list for me.

Ticketbastarding the voucher process as only they can.

Coincidentally, last week I was looking at re-sale tickets via ticketmaster for the Copa America game in Chicago tonight. "Convenience fee" per ticket=$48! Thanks, I'll just use Stubhub.

Jeezus, I have 34 free tixs. I guess it's going to be Def Leppard 16 times and Journey the other 16.

The best thing I saw was 7/4 symphony fireworks at Shoreline. If only I lived in California
