    Mammoth Memorial Day b/c...anyone?

I'll probably be hitting the Mammoth b/c hard over the Memorial Day weekend. I'd prefer not to solo. Some of my thoughts are Wahoo Gullies/Checkered Demon, Bloody, and Esha. There's a lot more out there to be had. I'm open to ideas.

Temperatures shouldn't be as hot as this past weekend. I'm thinking about more corn and less mush and rotten snow.

    I'm in, hopefully.

I wadded up pretty hard on my bike this weekend, but I'm thinking I should be good to go by Saturday. (and I just got some big fatty skins in so no more suffrage for me dammit)

Slush? Yeah at low elevations on the wrong exposures. Exactly where I will not be.

I think he's thinking of Heavenly (which is closed for the season). Mammoth's mostly owned by Interwest and the McCoy Family, and not at all associated with Vail...

Hey I'd like to join some of you guys on Sunday and Monday for bc day trips. I'll be skiing Mammoth on Saturday, but want to do bc the other two days. I'd like to explore Bloody. And even if I don't get to the top, there's that chute to lookers left. Anyway, I'm assuming you guys will be hanging out with everyone Sat. night, so let's talk then. CS, don't ditch me man.

    Here's my thoughts.

Saturday - Hit the Buttermilk area. Emerson/Locke/13,121 are all fair game. Maybe hit Emerson first and climb up Locke for the Wahoos.

    Sunday - Bloody

    Monday - Top Secret.

I'll be there Friday till Sunday. Would love to hit up bloody.

We were originally planning on going to Tioga, but with the road not being cleared we will most likely go somewhere else.

How is Virginia Lakes shaping up? I heard there was a pretty big avy up there and there hasn't been a refreeze in a while.

And you have to do a video using U2's Sunday, Bloody Sunday for music.
