    Skiing and biking in LCC???

    Hey Utah Crew,
we are thinking of heading over to Snowbird this weekend.
We had planned on going to moab for weekend of biking. Now that the weather is so hot we are looking at other options.
I have seen a post over in Sproket Rockets about biking the LCC trail.
Any insight on that trail or others around the valey would help out.
Thinking of biking on Friday skiing on Saturday and Sunday then a short ride on Monday.
    Thanks for the help

It's a very short trail - okay for before or after work when you don't have much time but that's about it. Crowded at peak times too. There's nothing legal worth riding up in LCC (I know of, but have not ridden the illegal trail that's up there but heard they're trying to catch people riding it and handing out insane fines. Not worth it.)

I'd be happy to show you around other trails but we'll be in moab doing early morning rides and dirt biking in the afternoon this weekend.

    Thanks Altagirl for the insight.
Moab was our first choice but we were thinking it might be way to hot down there this weekend.
    Have a great trip!

Danadog - when are you heading out? Taking I-80?

The wife and I may be heading out there sometime Friday (not solid plans yet...)

I was going to ski a day at the Bird. Do you know what day you'd be up?

I'll have a helmet with a UW logo on both sides ( ).

Maybe we'll see you on the road - you'll pass me as I may be driving my Subaru Justy (for the gas mileage).

    72twenty,
Looks like we will be on the Road Thursday afternoon.
    Where are you staying?
I call the bird and they have rooms with 2 queens and 4 lift tixs for $160 a night.
I will keep an eye out for you on the hill.
Should be on some g4s with balck giro lid

We have family there (in SLC) we are staying with. I will be up there either Saturday or Sunday. I am going to ski here (off of Snowy Range pass) Early Friday morning and we are going to head that way Friday afternoon.

What kind of car will you be in (incase I see you in the parking lot)?

    Sweet.

I'll be in either a grey Subaru Justy or a blue Subaru Impreza (both with Wyo Plates, they start with the #5, denotes county...)
