4$ should cover shipping. its about a buck to ship fist class usps. the Blanks are about $2.50, and the jewl case is about .30c.
not sure about shipping across the pond. maybe add another 3$ if you live in Yurp?

Finally got my hands on this and watched it last night. Fine work, Mr. basom. The music is solid in a trippy kind of way (well suited for helmet cam) and the tumble off the waterfall at Stowe brought back great memories of your live commentary while watching that scene at Vinman's place.
Now I want to ski.
