Had this exact issue a couple years ago, a 1/1 tune completely cured it and amazing skis.

Which would be better in chop?

    186 Jeffery118 @ 2350 grams/ski
    191 Jeffery110 @ 2290 grams/ski

    Basically the same?

Sure thing, agreed, no need to be scared of them!! Cadillacs baby!

I'd be curious about the 118s. My 110s @ 191 get beat around in the chop. Maybe it was me in the backseat a bit but I wasn't feeling it. Demanding as all heck.

Longer is better in chop topically let’s you ride through things with a smoother ride. Also a wider ski can want to go over soft bumps vs through them.

Huh interesting. I loved my 191 108s for chop, its not a BG but compared to most skis in the 10x land, I think it does well above average. ON3P build seems to do well in chop

Yeah I've only had two days on them. One in soft snow which was fantastic and then the other was following days chop/run out and I ended up switching to my Atris instead. First foray into ON3P so I could be a moron.

Thanks all for the summary, I'll bring them in and get them fixed up. It was mostly deep and soft chop so it didn't bother me the slightest until our last run out to the base, where I had to snow plow the entire cat track haha.

OG Bear Paw/Claw BG fan here...
Been skiing a pair of new to me 16/17 Wrens, not sure how I feel about them yet. Slow speed seems to require more attention than I'd like and they are kind of a chore in shitty bumps. Should I just figure on skiing them faster and turning less?
All this said, I had an incredible day with no vis and boot top smooth Sierra cement on Saturday arcing big fast turns wherever I wanted to.
Still looking for the ultimate playful 108 charger, been through Moment WC108 (liked and may buy again) and Woods 108 (meh, decent float but tail had no energy) so far.

It's cliche, but 192 MFree 108 is that ski. It gets the great reviews for a reason and pairs well with the BG for a quiver.

SGs are the ultimate inbounds powder charger. They’re great in the untouched fresh stuff but IMO the ski truly shines in soft chop. It absolutely crushes it!11

This guy has got it. I picked up some MFree 108s in 192 and holy do these blast. They still have super playful tails somewhere between the BG and Jeffery(not as soft as the Jeffery)

But let’s just say this 1000 times, nothing skis like an ON3P ski. Even though the mfrees are exactly what I wanted, I still miss how ON3Ps ski in general. Plus I’ve already put a massive chip in the top sheet and big core shot, that ON3Ps wouldn’t have happened to haha.

If anyone has any Super Goats for sale, I’ll gladly take them off your hands.
Would love to get my hands on a pair.
Or another thought, Scott should do another small run of them

I thought the current BG118 in the 192 was supposed to be “evolution” of the SuperGoat. Sure seems that way on paper.

That's what I expected when I bought them last year. Wasn't quite the case.

That’s what I thought as well and I’m glad I didn’t pick up a new pair because of that.

Maybe once things get ironed out I’ll grab a pair if they are close to that but until then SG it is!

The SGs do look mighty tempting, but I love my '19 BGs enough I'd be sus that it could get even better.

    ON3P SKIS Discussion

Hopefully I’m not out of the loop on this but I recall reading Supers are still available through custom order?? Comparatively decent price during summer orders…
Could be wrong, that may have been pre 192, but it’d be worth asking, pretty sure it was the same for the asym goats

Where are you located? Mine have a decent amount of adjustments if you are near the INW. Just for testing/science.

what do you on3p heads think about the 102 vs 110 jeffs as a daily? I'm only 145 lbs so i feel like the 102s could give me enough float while being a little more nimble... or should i just go 110. split time between Hood when i'm home and Mammoth when i'm at school.
