It is kinda amazing how good a lot of these graphics look when you see them with high res photos - can't wait for the updated site.

to be fair, they will probably not feel terribly dissimilar to your custom softer wren108s wrt mount point / balance of the ski, just a bit more lively and easygoing due to their new flex pattern, shorter ee and more taper in the tails.
Maybe, but I'm a bit sceptical. Problem is that there is not much of a market for used ON3Ps in Norway - as you probably know

Yeah, not questioning the reccomended as such. Just if it's for me or not.

I would not worry about that at all. Whenever I post ON3Ps they usually sell at the same rate as most of the other skis that I sell, but where there is actually usually more people who are repeat lurkers and/or get in touch than with the ads with skis from other brands.

I would imagine that wood102s in a size that fits grown ups (my skis are often on the short end to slot into the main segment of the market) should be a fairly easy in-season sale imho.

Sure, the interest this time of year is a bit more limited, but that is more due to people either not thinking about skis this time of year or buying last season's new stock at 40-50% off. The latter will sell out at some point and the former will change as winter approaches, so they will sell at some point. I am not worried about that at all.

Same. I think those are amazing.

Cheers. Was looking for a retailer list but couldn't find anything so was curious. Liking the info on the new WD102 and wouldn't mind seeing a pair...call me old school

yeah, my bad - just chat with / give em a call to see if any stores near you carry em.

That being said, I am not sure what a visual inspection will tell you that perusing them online won't. The WD102 - or rather entire woodsman lineup - has reached maturity in the lineups third year and should be that line of various widths directional, playful chargers we wanted all along. So in other words, they should be more of the same, but even easier to ski. Winning.

So yeah, I would trade the ability to fondle them pre purchase for paying 20usd extra to get your choice of graphic (the ones without an upcharge) any day of the week. Trust Iggy eh

Thanks, man!!! They look great, indeed...although I will say that the ON3P on the topsheet does look more yellow in your photo than it does on the website. Those sidewalls look like almost a perfect match to the boot tho!

Interesting that most of the talk this year is about graphics and a slightly tweaked WD110.

When are we going to hear about how these new models feel on snow? I know of few of you have had them on your feet. When does the gag order expire? [emoji6]

Jay and Nancy canceled my ski season before I could get any time on them.

I only got a couple days on the J118. I'm not sure most of this crowd is interested in that specific ski over the BG or WD. But of the wider "freestyle" oriented models that ON3P has built it is by far the most nimble I have been on, and that is going back to the OG Caylor.

The OG Caylor is a ski I really wish I could get a lap or two on. It just seems like a ton a fun if the snow is soft at all. It was totally flat underfoot right?

MHSP1497 had Iggy build him a Jeff108 with less camber underfoot based on his love of Caylors if my memory serves me right. He has been extremely positive in his description of said skis, so I guess on can get a ski that is kinda similar to the OG Caylors, just with the updated materials and geo/shape of the new Jeffreys.

Iggy has also kinda chimed in on this topic previously, re these posts:

Iggy also stated at some point in this thread that Karl Fostvedt's favorite / most heavily used pair of k108s or k116s (the pair he used when he won Corbet's K&Q) had a flatter profile underfoot, was also based on the Caylor profile if my memory serves me right. Aka this pair.

So there are possibly some more possibilities when going custom if you ask very nicely

Yes. It is the most fun ski in my quiver. It encourages a degree of silliness that borders on dangerous to self-preservation. I ride mine in any snow, hard or soft, deep or shallow. They have a suspension feeling that’s hard to describe.

The Jeffrey 108’s I had built last year give that same feeling, but have much better bite/edge hold on various snow types. If you’re after a really fun, full twin “freestyle” ski, they’re the ticket. Just don’t ask them to be something they’re not, that’s why the Woodsman was created.

I’m just giving you shit; haha! I’m curious what exactly qualifies for a prodeal through ON3P but likely nothing for 95% of the guys/gals on this forum.

Watch gear swap and you can pick up a pair of used sticks for ~$350
