word, if the wren96 and wren114 are any indications, 2018/2019 skis should be the nicest looking (graphics wise) ON3Ps ever. Prepare to sell some more skis ehWhile i am pretty new to the brand, having looked through your previous marketing booklets i think your current graphic design is the best ever.
iggy, powtron ...
I see a 96, a 114 ... is the W108 going away next season??
Sounds good to me. I will grabbing a 189 108 next season for sure.

i must admit to it being a new and kinda good feeling to be super thrilled about next years graphics, yet be so completely satisfied with my current wren108 that i feel absolutely no need to "upgrade". I think it goes back to two of the things that won me over and made me switch brands (1) the build quality and knowing that your skis will last as long as you want them to (and then probably be replace more to you wanting something new than that the skis are worn out) and (2) absolute confidence in the designs/geometries of the skis (something i have only grown to appreciate more after getting on the wrens). Happy days indeed.
not to be overly positive or anything - most lightly i will find things that i think can be improved/changed in the various on3p skis i own now and when i do i will suggest emIt might be that those suggestions will be a short cut to ruining the skis, but i'll share em anyways. Riding 179 skis i think i am a minority in here
and yes, my quiver just went full mongoloid - will post photos when it is completed.

I would buy the shit out of a Wren with a wren on it. It could be called the Troglodyte if you want.
(Troglodytes troglodytes)
I had the K108 out again today in packed powder and they were great. As long as I was in a neutral centered stance they would carve, slarve, and power through piles. Also fun in the bumps.
I really think yesterday would have been a Billygoat day if I owned them.

My slightly increased flex Wren 108s are the future IMO.
but, I'm kinda on the fence until a 107 comes out.
This season, the perfect CO ski has tank tracks for bases.

Your dog just ate an avocado!
yeah, the customs I got are only slightly stiffer than stock 189 108s. Versus older 191s, they feel similar underfoot, but noticeably easier going in tips and tails. Easier to get them into tighter turn shapes. Still a ski that likes speed to get em to fully listen to you, just require less velocity than previous 191s. I still find them very stable, even with all the updates that make them a more playful shape than previous iterations. I could ski them every day for sure, but have some other sticks for deeper days (BGs) and icy days (Brahmas). Favorite ON3Ps to date, closely followed by 189 BGs. Likely would be happy with stock flex if I were under 2 hundy, but glad I had em add some beef.
Question for powtron, iggy, or anyone in the know: what's the scene usually like for a demo day at a place like Stevens? Will be heading up tomorrow and trying to figure out the game plan. Do you usually have waits for the popular model/sizes?
Had wanted to order a pair of customs this year, but couldn't really swing it or justify it, let alone decide on pink or black. would love to see what all the fuss is about and everything I've read leads me to believe the W108 would serve me well. I'm tempted to just pull the trigger on stock and be done with it, but when do the 2018/2019 skis drop or more specifically when will we get a look at next year's topsheets? Next September'ish? Probably not the best time to buy, but I'd really like to try them this season. I'm making pizza and fries this weekend, so can't make the demo I heard may be happening.
