Thanks you for the bump. I totally agree with what has been said about Sam Anthamatten and wanted to reference his skiing in "This is home" here.
It is amazing how in these film they skied some gnarly stuff in the sort time they had. These guys can pull something off in almost all conditions -> further proof for how advanced the lines in la List are as they needed near perfect conditions.

btw: The first air in la liste is one of my favorite airs on film. It comes so fluid out of the line and the terrain.

Is what's going on here in any way, shape or form safe? No. Is it riskier than other modern cutting edge ski lines on which a fall/slip/lost ski would be guarenteed life ending? I'd say not. Higher risk probably, but with slightly lower consequences.

Slightly lower consequences??? more than one slope they rode , had over 2k vertical of cliffs and rocks below them>certain death if an edge was caught or a binding failed
