    2012 Rocker2 115 question

Can anyone confirm that this ski in this specific model year is basically the Rocker2 122? Maybe it was just named the 155 in the shorter sizes because hats the actual waist with in those sizes?

It seems to be the year before they turned the ski into a flatter tail directional ski... from what I can tell the dims go up to 122 waist in the 184 and 192 sizes, just like the current r2 122 does.

I think I answered my own question... looks like that year there was only one "Rocker 2" model, and just like the current 122, the smaller sizes are 115 under foot.

I have a first or 2nd gen rocker2 in 180 length, the waist is 115. the bigger lengths (186 and up) are 122 under foot. The flat tailed rocker 115 that later turned into the quest series came later.

    Where did you mount them?

somewhere in between those lines, +30 from the top of my head. I'm not much of a center-mounter, and thought they were nice there. Not that I tried any other places for comparison. I know most salomon boys like 'm dead center.

    Thanks.

I've been looking at the recommended mount lines on the more current r2 122 and they seem to be at -3 from true centre, which is the same as the most you described above

Since im prettt sure its nearly exactly the same ski, I think I'll go with that.
