So I somehow got duped into road riding...and am actually enjoying it. I've been hunting around for a while for a road bike, and decided to build up a Soul Cycles Monk with mostly road parts, and have the friendly folks at Soul custom build me a road frame(easton scandium, aero tubing). So, for the next few months I'll be rocking a quasi cross/road build, then swap all the parts over from the Monk to the new custom jobby, and put on cross parts on the monk for the upcoming fall season.

Anyway, heres my build on the Monk:
Flat black
Ultegra 10
FSA compact crank
Easton EC90 bar/seat post
Fizik Saddle
ITM Millenium carbon stem
old xtr cantis(anyone got any tri-aligns floating around?)
Wheels are just a beater trainer set, but I've got a pair of FSA RD-600 coming(only ~80 grams heavier than the Ksyrium SLs, and 500 dollars cheaper)

Cost, out the door for a complete bike minus wheels and brakes was a tad south of 900. Pretty fucking sweet.

I'll put some pictures up when the goodies arrive the end of next week.
