GoPro 2 Battery wont stay connected.

I have a brand new GoPro 2 that was a gift, just found it in storage and finally opened it up and attempted to fire it up. Battery won't stay connected unless I really press down on the back of the unit. Tried adding some tape to it to ad a little more pressure and no dice. GoPro warrant told me to pound sand (no wonder they're struggling...) so I'm stuck with a brand new unit that won't stay connected to the battery. Anybody experience this and fix it some how?

You might try another battery, I found with my GOPro 2 that the battery was doa on arrival. You can get replacement ones on eBay for pretty cheap.
