Alpine Meadows Ski Lease: Looking for Folks

Hello, friends. We're looking for a few good people to round out our ski lease for this winter. Cost is $1600 plus deposit. Message me if interested. Details below:

House Highlights:

• Heated bathroom floors (and 4 bathrooms...)
• At the base of Alpine, it's 5 minute drive to Squaw and, well, at the base of Alpine so you're already there (In the worst traffic of the 2009/2010 season, when it used to snow, where I heard reports of 1.5 hours drives, it took us 15 minutes to get to Squaw. With El Nino this year, this could be quite helpful!)
• A wood fire that warms the whole house
• Hardwood floors in common areas (a plus to me...)
• a Hot tub
• Lots of sunlight
• Good kitchen
• The roads to get to the condo are ALWAYS the first plowed (no getting stuck in Tahoe Donner)
• Plenty of parking
• The condo sleeps 10 in beds and has space for at least 2 air mattresses as well as futons in the main area so on a super crowded weekend, the house can sleep 14+

The Group:

• Serious skiers/boarders (most of the group has skied since they were 3 or so and/or skied competitively in college)
• Love to cook delicious family style meals Saturday night
• Drink some but aren't too crazy (except about skiing)
• Age ranges of 30s and 40s with no kids, some in relationships, some not
• Professionals ranging from health, environment, and tech industries
• Mostly living in SF and East Bay
• There will be a total of 11 people (that means everyone, always gets a bed)
