Looking for a house or condo or well-insulated tool shed in Silverton or Ouray this winter. Preferably clean, as I am a man of refined elegance. Not looking for room share but an entire place, as I don't want anyone masturbating over me while I sleep ever again. I take good care of other people's shit, and am a responsible adult. Anything available from 2-6 months of the winter / spring season is fine, totally flexible.

I must say renting a room or an apartment in winters is one of the most difficult things to do. Most of the places and apartments are already rented out. So as a precautionary measures.
