How to I pm
How do I pm someone. I can't seem to find the buttom to do so. and by the way, the random questions refuses the correct answer half the time.

Currently and for the last year at least, on desktop I get an orange notification for a second or two and then it goes away.

I found the notifications deep in the settings. I will try to find out under what tab! If I do I will post again but for now try to play around with the settings
