We've been on a mediterranean diet kick lately.
Blanched the spinach? And tossed it with what?

Made a thin crust last night with uncured pep, serrano, fresh basil. I ended up eating half of it which is a shitton for me.

    More or less this: https://savorwithjennifer.com/sticky...ked-pork-ribs/

With boiled jasmine rice, dressed with sesame oil, scallions and seeds.

The carrots and beans were blanched and finished in a pan with oil, soy sauce, garlic, and scallion whites.

Spinach was blanched and cooled, finished with a bottled "Asian Ginger Sesame" dressing and seeds. We use this for bibimbap as well.

Nice! I blanched and finished in eco and garlic.
