I'm sure it's easy but I never did it so your help is helpful.
YouTube is your friend and prepping everything before you start rolling is key.
    Think tiny burrito.
I'll not comment on your wife's needs.

Some bulgogi. Gonna make tacos with the leftovers.
Perhaps you'd be more comfortable on epicski or Paula's Ski Lovers, AltaNancy.

    And this morning

Now to pull it off the fire and make some sauce. As soon as the espresso machine warms up...

    Spectacular.

Ended up with a 2lb bone in ribeye for myself (because $7/lb), and the fam ordered pork tenderloin.

24oz boneless ribeye w/ a harissa and smoked salt paste. Roasted potatoes and mushrooms. Salad with the first offerings from the garden and some lemon bars. A Napa cab and some bourbon as an after dinner drink. Happy 4th everyone.

Love all the rib eye pics. I think it's the best steak on the cow and rarely eat any other cut. I love how you can literally eat the entire steak (sans bone) fat and all. Nothing sinewy fat wise.

    Strong work in this thread.

    Rub:

    1 part garlic powder
    1 part onion powder
    1 part cumin
    1 part paprika
    0.5 cinnamon

Cook indirect 45-50 minutes, finish over direct heat to get the skin extra crispy.

    Fuck yeah Cruiser.

One thing I've been doing lately is putting gelatin in basically everything I can, even hot beverages. It's incredibly healthy and totally tasteless/colorless so you can add it to just about anything that has enough water content.
