Full-time Seasonal Position ONLY


This position conducts daily operations in our warehouse. The Merchandise Processor’s primary role is order fulfillment. Tasks include picking, packing, and shipping orders. In addition, other responsibilities may include receiving, sorting, loading and unloading products as well as performing any other various warehouse activities. The Merchandise Processor is also responsible inventory accuracy, efficient productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

Operations
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, pull, pack, wrap, label, ship).
Process orders accurately.
Receive and process warehouse stock products.
Inspect products for defects and damages and report any discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.

Inventory
Assist in executing physical inventories and keep quality standards high for audits.
Organize stocks and maintain accurate inventory.
Follow all procedures specific to inventory control.

Communication
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
Maintain open and positive relations with all divisions of the company.
Follow company policy, procedures and quality service standards.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, necessary to fulfill daily warehouse operations.
Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry product, necessary for fulfillment, and inventory re-stock.
Ability to walk up and down ladders, carrying boxes, product, and other necessary store related items.
Ability to perform warehouse maintenance items: sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean.
Ability to safely lift boxes up to 65 lbs.

Minimum Job Qualifications
High School Diploma or higher.
Attain familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
Attain good organizational, time management, problem solving, and team player skills.
Attain accuracy and attention to detail.
Attain effective communication skills.
Self-motivated.
Attain basic product use/knowledge.
Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment – not required, but helpful.
