Does anyone here know of a decent website(EDIT: my retarded ass read the sticky | THNX Gerome) or book(preferably) they gives advanced instructions/tutorials and isn't for new users?
I have a decent grasp of most of it but want to learn the advanced features a little faster. The only local classes are $700 two-day introductory or $1400 for online advanced instruction.
What specifically? Videocopilot has a bunch of good vids (recent vids are specific to their plugins but older ones are good).
At a certain level its no longer about reading instructions - if you want to get really good at flat graphics you need to put the time in to learn and use shape layers etc - mograph you need to learn the ins and outs of the timeline and fine easing control not just easy ease; specific effects require spending time on etc
Thanks Jareds. Im trying to get a handle on the rotoscoping and auto trace functions, I think my main problem was skipping over the interpret footage functions.
