Mine's a '12. Hated the chrome headlights and they were kinda beat anyway so I replaced.

    Yah, WTF?

Beatiful car, though. I mean, truly a boner-town example.

But why the M5 badge and the run-of-the-mill I6? Why not either debadge it all together or just run a 528i badge?

Yup and 400hp from a 2.0 liter engine makes me think of the ole saying; "there she blows". Sorry manufacturers, I will sacrifice 6 miles to the gallon to get a reliable 6 cylinder with that kind of power.
Never in U.S. history has the public chosen leadership this malevolent. The moral clarity of their decision is crystalline, particularly knowing how Trump will regard his slim margin as a “mandate” to do his worst. We’ve learned something about America that we didn’t know, or perhaps didn’t believe, and it’ll forever color our individual judgments of who and what we are.

You realize a bunch of the power is from an electric motor, right?

You're right. I wasn't thinking. I never think about hybrid systems as I am not a fan.

Turbocharged + supercharged + hybrid. Performance is great and love the look but it's a complicated and potentially expensive car to own long-term.

I didn't think Volvo even made the T8 with an FWD platform. C'mon Volvo.

Well that in addition to both turbocharging AND supercharging. So two forced induction systems plus electrical geewizardry = "Lease Only" for me. If my own Volvo experience has proven anything, it's that Swedish electronics are kinda quirky. No way I'd have a new T8 wagon out of warranty, that's for sure.

So sure, awesome when new, but Volvo longevity is something many of us owners kind of pride ourselves on. I just honestly don't trust that these new turbo/super/hybrid models are going to have nearly the staying power of the Volvos of yore.

I think it's a guy in Bellingham who does these. there was a Subaru wagon running around here with a lion? painted on the hood, and when the owner was trying to sell it he was saying it was painted by a "famous" painter from Bellingham. I haven't seen it in a while, it probably just not drivable anymore.

Not only the incredibly rare turbovwagon with the v12, but they opted for the weight saving wheel covers too. Badass.

A VW wagon with a V12? Pretty sure that has been re-badged.
