    Sprint Triathlon Race Report

    [insert dick waving thingy here]

As some of you know Cantdog and I entered in a sprint tri, 300 yd swim, 18mi, rude, 5.5 mile run. And I have to say the maggots represented themselves well today. Cantdog took 12th over all and 3rd in his age group. I took 8th and 2nd repectively. Not sure what cantdog's overall time was, but I came in with a 1:51:47 with a 5:02 swim, 59:32 bike, and 47:13 run. The weather was on the verge of shitty (scattered rain and lo 50's) and the bike/run courses were rolling terrain.

Best thing all day was the guy getting out the pool and come this close to losing his shorts. Definitly saw a bit more of him I than I ever really wanted to. But what would have been better would been to see cantdog swim in a pink women's one piece. He was close but I just couldn't talk him into it.

    Nice job guys!

Either of you taunt other competitors with pastries today?

Damn nice work, you boys donw well. I'd do a little dick waving myself and talk about the tri I did a few weeks back...but with my results I don't think I really have much of an accomplishment to brag about. I'll just write it off as first race of the season with room to improve. Again, nice work, maybe we could hook up a maggot tri-summit sometime in the future (I know of a nice race in Malibu, CA...raced it last year and it's a shit-ton of fun)

I coasted in with a time of 1hour 54 minutes. Definately a good time, I'm super psyched for the next one. Next time, I'll be taping my nipples.

Legs definately felt like lead in the crit this morning though.

Shit-ton, does that refer to the quality of water in SoCal?
