Rock Shox Psylo SL bushing problems

Anyone else have a Psylo and have multiple problems with their bushings?

I'm sending my Psylo SL (2 years old) back to RS AGAIN (this is the 3rd time) because it develops too much play in the bushings - every hit you take you feel the fork giving way laterally - not very confidence inspiring - kind of like your leg with a loose MCL (unfortunately I know how that feels right now ).

Anyway, I'm considering just having the fork rehabbed...again...or moving on to a new fork. Haven't been in touch with the latest developments in front forks, so any recommendations on new forks appreciated. I like easy adjustability in travel, and like having 4-5" up front to match the 4.5-6" in back. I ride 60% technical XC and about 40% freeride (5 ft or less drops).

Was considering Manitou Minute. I think I'm leaving the RS forks altogether...

Yep, your best solution is to dump the Psylo. Those forks have chronic problemss with bushings, I f'ed up a pair in a month or so. If you like Manitous, maybe look at the Nixon line over the Minutes, for a bit more durability. Otherwise, if you want the best, go with Fox, you won't regret it.
