He would have been the first Dutchman to climb all the 82 Four-Thousand peaks in the Alps. I want to express my deepest condolences to Martjin’s family and friends. i'm surprised he finished the project after the death.....

He's a mountaineer on an epic scale. He's probably seen and know several people who have died. He himself knows that he is on a clock doing this type of stuff.

In terms of the accomplishment, I can't even process it, climbed more in 81 days than many people who would say they are mountaineers would do in a lifetime
