I still have it, even after force refreshing.
How do I make it go away?

^Don't know if you're on your phone or not but on my phone (not on app) the toolbar will still scroll down but vanishes when I click the text box.
Which was really the only annoying part for me.
edit: still becomes obtrusive when zooming
^ not on a phone. Desktop, Chrome, Windows 7 Pro.
Hey Dunf, admit it. You were just teasing us about getting rid of this thing, weren't you?

"Floating Top Bar" must be a source of income. Why else would you have such an annoying "feature"?
Are you guys still seeing it? Clear your cache and it should be good to go.

Bmills I assume you are navigating to tetongravity.com/forums on your phone, then selecting the "Full Site" option that shows you the formatting that looks like the modern desktop forums? Just did that, and before and after I cleared my cache/data, the top bar was sticky'ing to the top. About to meet with the tech team and see if we can't get you a real answer.
