Elan binding = Tyrolias with a marker-esque toe piece and a "e" on them . Rode a pair at Snowbasin, Dubbed them "markolias"

I thought they were straight Tyrolia rebrands. I doubt they'd try to get licences from both companies, and I doubt the companies would give just a license for the toe/heel. Of course, I could be wrong. What's Marker about the toe piece?

Its Not really a marker toepiece, Just kind of looked like it to me. The whole binding was made by tyrollia but The toepiece was designed for Elan specifically and is different than the ones on a Fishstick or head ski. At least that is what my understanding of the reps explanaition

Your high, $85 for a starting bid on some tyrolias, after the season?
On another note, I have been told by some angry people, that you need to first offer your stuff up here, then if no one bites, list on ebay and link.
Check out the attitude i got from bandit man and some others (who actually pulled their posts).

    Angry bandit man
Any way more power to you, I would list at $1 min bid but wait till next october.

Some brands are doing a co-liscencing somehow anyway. Next years blizzards that i have ridden with the binding system on them have the look/rossi style toe, with the marker heelpiece. Makes no sense to me that they would apply a system with one of the worst heelpieces like that to their new line, but i don't really know the reasoning behind it.

I put them on newschoolers, and noone wanted them, and figured people on here might have someone in their family who would want them rather than all the attitude from newschoolers people.
