If I get a chance to buy a ski area, the probability is that I will buy Powder Highway in British Columbia. It has everything you could want in a ski area except snowmaking. It has a huge amount of potential with just a little investment to make it into a world-class resort. It is a great springboard to the best of the East.
The mountains they have on powder highway are stunning. The Canadian mountains are its weather, which can actually be a different experience when. Skiing in the powdery highway mountains, it was a magical place for me.
