Mt. Adams, WA in mid june - conditions?

I'm heading to Mt. Adams with some friends in a couple weeks; what should I expect conditions-wise? We're not planning to ski, just hike up and back.

    Anyone been there recently?

Two weeks ago the snow line was around 6000 to 6100. Traverse back from SW chutes was still doable without running on dirt. But that was then and I'm pretty sure they received a fair amount of rain over the weekend. Watching the weather for a possible trip Saturday. If I go I will report back.

Edit to add. Just realized you said you're walking. In 2 weeks you'll be fine.

Careful. Mid June is the worst time for wolves. Be sure to carry. Or else.
