Go to www.mulezone.com and click on Audio. On the left toward the bottom of the page you'll see "Trade Music Here: How to burn CDs from RealAudio Info" click on here. There's a good program there to download (reel2wav Streambox Ripper) along with a crack to make it free and a decent tutorial.
Sorry I couldn't give you a direct link--that site has shitty frame issues.
