Years of school and months of homework have left me feeling fat and out of shape for the upcoming biking season. Are there any alternatives to excersize and other activities that involve movement that I could try? Like something I could do while sitting on the couch, watching TV and eating cookies? Are steriods the answer? What happens if I take them and then don't excersize? Do my muscles still get bigger? I'm 4'11", 276 lbs and would like to slim down to the 200 range. My goal is to look like a shorter version of Jose Canseco by next Friday, Saturday at the latest.
I'm also loking four a speeling tutur.
