Just got back from what was easily the best consecutive week I've had fishing. Not only was the fishing excellent every day but it was also thoroughly relaxing with amazing scenery and extremely friendly people. I think I was able to pull this off for pretty cheap, at least it looks that way when I was comparing it to some of the other "all inclusive" fishing options in the Bahamas, Mexico and Belize. Including my airfare, guided fishing and food/beer/tips it was about half what some of the other lodges charge. I went solo but it could be done even cheaper if 2 people went in on the cabin and the guides. I figured I'd post up the info here, when looking into this I was having a hard time finding concrete reports on some of these places so maybe this will help out someone else.
I stayed here:

This place is run by a couple originally from NY. It's not fancy by any means but really nice and very clean. The food was excellent, everything was homemade fresh that day. There's a flat right out front and they also provide bikes and kayaks to help you access other areas if you're looking for DIY. I did a day of that and saw plenty of bones right out front during low tide. The local fish there do see higher pressure than where the guides take you but the options are there.
If you're thinking about taking a lady friend with you make sure she's either into fishing or OK with chilling out and not doing much. Not that this is a bad thing but there's not a whole lot going on on the island. It's a small island (in population, not size), I think it's about 800 full time residents. You've got just a couple options for eating out and no real night life. I'm told the snorkeling is awesome, there's a bunch of blue holes close to shore that you can take the kayaks to.
I fished with these 2 guides:

Both were excellent and put me into all sorts of fish. None of the days were less than double digits. I was pretty psyched on this given that I had never caught one before. The fish weren't huge, most were in the 4-5 lb range but we did get one up to around 8 on the last day. I think they said they have caught up to 12 or 13 lbs.
home for the week

my pusha man
it's about an hour ride to the spot. it's pretty remote out there, we never saw any other boats or people.
coming back we'd troll with the green snake for these, got a couple each day, the guides kept them for dinner. they whack it so hard and then jump like crazy once they are hooked up. first time I've used a spinning rod since I was a kid, pretty damn fun.
met a new friend from France, split a boat with him one day
gotcha!
