    Pics from Last Season

I finally got around to getting this role of film from last season developed. Here are some pics from Cham.

Phil, Tom and I at the top of the Aiguille du Midi.

Sorry about the poor quality. The scanner isn't the best.

You were blessed to have that time with those guys, Sherpa. Two of the most awesome maggots in the best place in the world. Are you going back this year? Looks like lph and I (workin on Natty, too) will be there sometime in Jan/Feb in case you get the urge. Nice view of the exit couloir, but like most pics of it, the size and granduer of that 12 lane freeway of snow is never done justice compared to being in it and looking back up to the top station or down to the glacier.

I haven't really figured out whether I can afford to go back for a couple weeks this season. If my car sells this week for anywhere near what its worth I should be sitting pretty good. I know I'll regret it if I don't go, so I'm doing everything in my power to make it happen (excluding prostitution, that is...)

Last season was incredible! I realize how fortunate I was to have tom and phil around to show me the goods and call me on powder days to drag my hungover ass out of bed to ski. Good times, good times. I think that was one of those days. There was another picture of my leaning over my poles in the tram looking like I was about ready to puke. I'm gonna miss that place and those guys!
