    Annex This:

    Okay, so pick one ski area and tell us what currently out of bounds (BUT CONTIGUOUS) area you would like to see annexed.

    And please, no whining about wanting to keep in OB or chewing up good pow stashes. This is just something that would be neat to see controled and lift accessed.

    Marjorie Bowl next to the basin for me.

    this thought brought to you buy the basins rather odd plan to expand into 'Zuma bowl....

    Here at Sun Valley they have plans to take Turkey Bowl, which sits off the back of Seattle Ridge and turn it into a lift serviced part of the mountain. Right now it is one of the last places that still holds fresh snow days after a storm. Currently you have to duck the ski area boundary ropes to access the area.

    They also have a whole slew of other plans in store for this place.

    Sure, Hourglass in Crested Butte is OB surrounded by IB, and that is a favorite competition spot in good snow years.

    I'd love it if they'd consolidate Solitude and Brighton into one resort, with a combined pass. The surrounding BC like the Wolverine Cirque might be nice too.

    they should atleast connect the two to make slumming easier.

    at any rate opening up Montezuma is retarded. just like Copper opening that back area and Winter Park's bunny hill bowl off the top.

    The Sol-Bright pass is a single day ticket. I wish they'd sell a combined season pass. Having access on one ticket to Great Western at Brighton and Honeycomb Canyon at Solitude would be quite nice.

    And hell yes. For that matter, why not annex Park City as well with a gondola over Guardsman's Pass to connect Brighton with the Canyons for a huge Euro-style resort consisting of Alta/Bird/Brighton/Solitude/Canyons/Park City MR and Deer Valley?

    Join Mammoth and June Mountains. It would be one huge area. Right now impossible because putting lifts in would mean roads and that is a no no according to the forest service. I would love to see it.
